Caravan damaged by the AA

We had a tyre blow on the M42. Called the AA. They started to Jack the caravan to obtain the spare wheel & the caravan came off the Jack & has gone through the floor of the caravan in the door entrance. Does anybody know if this will have caused delamination?

If you are insured make a claim and leave it to the insurance company to recover the payment from the AA. From what you have said they would be responsible for the damage. Any caravan dealer workshop would be able to advise what the long term repercussions might be.

What is the floor of your caravan made of?
